The POMPO project started as a visualization of a robot from a children's drawing. In January 2020 it posted on Behance and instantly got rewarded in "Best character design" category:
Over time, a small universe of different robots began to emerge around POMPO.
In 2021, the idea emerged to create an NFT collection and develop the concept further. This led to the birth of the POMPO The Ropbot Story project and a dedicated website about the robot, the collection, and its creator: https://pompotherobot.com/
Starting with one rusty robot, the POMPO universe expanded to include many different characters based on the PO-MPO robot model, each with their own stories. PO-MPO versions were also created dedicated to characters from different universes, as well as certain personalities, such as Elon Musk and Snoop Dogg.
